FOW Health & Safety Form

This Health & Safety Form only needs to be completed by a representative of the exhibiting company and not each person coming onto site.

By submitting this form, I am acknowledging the following:

I will ensure that a copy of our company’s Health & Safety policy is available for inspection if it is requested (for companies with 5 or more employees).

We will make our staff aware of the potential risks present on site. Our stand staff will be sufficiently instructed and trained in matters relating to Health & Safety and will carry out their tasks competently.

I have read and understood the Floating Offshore Wind Exhibitor Manual and agree to abide by its contents.

I understand it is my responsibility to communicate this information to the rest of my team, any appointed contractors and anyone else who will be on site during build-up and breakdown.

I have received a copy of the SITE INDUCTION and will forward it to the rest of my team, any appointed contractors and anyone else who will be on site during build-up and breakdown. I am aware that it is mandatory for anyone requiring access into the hall during build-up and breakdown, when CDM is in effect, to have read the Site Induction.

We have adequate Event Insurance for the exhibition.

Our stand will not include any plastic-based item, including but not limited to:

merchandise
promotional materials
food and drinks packaging
