Event Timetable
BUILD-UP
- Stands must be completed, and excess products and materials must be removed from all halls, no later than 16:00 on Saturday 21 June as there is an evening event in Shed A. Please allow time to load and unload vehicles.
- During build-up, contractors and exhibitors are required to wear build up/breakdown wristbands and to comply with all health and safety regulations. Wristbands will be sent out to all exhibitors who complete the Health & Safety Form. Further wristbands can be collected on site if needed.
- High visibility vests, and appropriate footwear, must be worn in the halls and in the loading areas during build-up.
EXHIBITION OPEN
Please ensure your stand is manned and exhibits displayed throughout the open period of the exhibition.
BREAKDOWN
IMPORTANT: For health & safety reasons, and to show courtesy to late visitors and other exhibitors, no dismantling of exhibits may begin until the exhibition closes and the halls are clear of all visitors.
- Stand constructors will not be permitted into the exhibition halls until all visitors have left on Monday 23 June.
- During breakdown, contractors and exhibitors are required to wear build-up/ breakdown passes, or exhibitor badges, and to comply with all health and safety regulations. Passes will be sent out to all exhibitors who complete the Health & Safety Form. Further passes can be collected on site if needed.
- High visibility vests, and appropriate footwear, must be worn in the halls and in the loading areas during breakdown.
- Power to stands will be removed during breakdown.
ALL EXHIBITS, STAND EQUIPMENT AND WASTE MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALLS BY 12:00 ON TUESDAY 24 JUNE. ANY REMAINING ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED AS WASTE AT THE EXHIBITOR’S EXPENSE.
