All exhibitors must complete the Health & Safety Form by 2 May.
Under Health & Safety legislation, exhibitors and their main contractors are responsible for all activities that take place on their stand throughout the event, and any actions that could affect others not on their stand. This includes producing risk assessments and method statements, as well as the briefing, communicating to and controlling of all sub-contractors who work on their stand.
THINK about your safety and the safety of others when working on site.
HEALTH & SAFETY FORM: all exhibitors must read the Site Induction and complete the Health & Safety form by 2 May.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: hi-vis vests and appropriate footwear must be worn during build-up and breakdown. Please note that open toe shoes and/ or sandals will not be accepted on site during build-up and breakdown.

GANGWAYS must remain clear at all times.
LOADING AREAS: take extra care when walking in the loading areas. Always ensure you are wearing hi-vis.
SMOKING & E-CIGARETTES are not permitted within the venue at any time.
WORKING AT HEIGHT should only be undertaken following a proper assessment of the work involved as required by the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
The Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015 (CDM) are the main set of regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects, including the exhibition industry.
All exhibitors must comply with the CDM REGULATIONS
CDM aims to improve health and safety in the industry by helping you to:
CDM will be put into operation at times when there is construction of any kind taking place within the halls, namely during build-up and breakdown. It will not be in effect when only stand dressing and aesthetic works such as painting etc are taking place.

Victoria Warehouse has a comprehensive fire alarm system and fire-fighting equipment.
Exhibitors and contractors should acquaint themselves with the location of their nearest fire exit. If an emergency situation arises please follow the venue staff's instructions.
Fire exits should be kept free from obstruction at all times.
Stands must be made of classified fire-retardant materials. Approval or certificates must be available at the stand should they be requested.
Packaging and other flammable material must not be stored at the stand.
All exhibitors must read the Site Induction and complete the Health & Safety Form by 2 May. A Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Construction Phase Plan must be submitted along with your stand plans. A risk assessment must also be undertaken for the show open period but this does not need to be submitted to the organisers.
