All attendees must be registered in advance of the event to gain entry to the venue and to have access the event app.

Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a printed copy of their e-badge to allow for a total contactless registration process. Registration will be open for exhibitors to obtain badges from 08:00 on 8 October 2024. During show open days, all delegates and exhibitors will be subject to bag searches upon entry. We encourage you to leave your suitcases with the concierge in your hotel on the morning you check out, as all suitcases will need to be searched upon entry to the event venue. Delegates with no suitcases will be able to skip the queue and use the fast-track access. On event days, access is only permitted via the main entrance or the Sub-T car park entrance.
Extra passes may be purchased in the Exhibitor Hub.
Exhibitor staff passes are valid only for staff members working on the stand during the event.

Stand bookers may share their space with partner organisations by the addition of co-exhibitors.
Co-exhibitors benefit from having a separate exhibition entry in the event app.

Co-exhibitors are not required to submit a risk assessment. The lead booker is responsible to supply the risk assessment for the whole space. All exhibitors and co-exhibitors must show evidence of their public liability insurance, min £5 million.
Co-exhibitors will have a log-in to the Exhibitor Hub to submit their company information.
