All exhibitors must complete this form by 14 April. Your wristbands, to gain access for build-up, will not be issued if you have not completed this form.
By submitting this form, I am acknowledging the following:
I have read and understood the Health & Safety information in this Exhibitor Manual.
I will forward the SITE INDUCTION to the rest of my team, any appointed contractors and anyone else who will be on site during build-up and breakdown.
I will ensure that a copy of our company’s Health & Safety policy is available for inspection if requested at Craftworks (for companies with 5 or more employees).
We will make our staff aware of the potential risks present on site. Our stand staff will be sufficiently instructed in matters relating to Health & Safety and carry out their tasks competently.
We have adequate Event Insurance (including Public Liability cover) for the exhibition.
